The “Mindfulness in Schools” by Piyush Gaur is an in-person Mindfulness session with Canadian Teens. We are going to 16 cities in Canada, raising mental health awareness and sharing mindfulness practices. This is a simple, easy-to-follow program that will teach our teens some hands-on mindfulness techniques that they can immediately start implementing into their little full lives.
Through the sessions, we want to teach a lifestyle that will help keep teens physically fit, emotionally strong and spiritually fulfilled.
We strive to eliminate the feelings such as depression, stress, anger, frustration, jealousy, and anxiety and enhance feelings of calmness, positivity, clarity of thoughts, focus, mental toughness, the right mindset for judgment, sharper intellect, and an energized body.
