Mindfulness in Schools - Road Trip (May/Jun'23)

The “Mindfulness in Schools” by Piyush Gaur is an in-person Mindfulness session with Canadian Teens. We are going to 16 cities in Canada, raising mental health awareness and sharing mindfulness practices. This is a simple, easy-to-follow program that will teach our teens some hands-on mindfulness techniques that they can immediately start implementing into their little full lives.

Through the sessions, we want to teach a lifestyle that will help keep teens physically fit, emotionally strong and spiritually fulfilled. 

We strive to eliminate the feelings such as depression, stress, anger, frustration, jealousy, and anxiety and enhance feelings of calmness, positivity, clarity of thoughts, focus, mental toughness, the right mindset for judgment, sharper intellect, and an energized body.


About 40% of students felt persistently sad or hopeless and nearly one-third (29%) experienced poor mental health.

In 2021, more than 1 in 5 (22%) students seriously considered attempting suicide and 1 in 10 (10%) attempted suicide



My friends, we all know someone in friends or family who is suffering from mental health issues. I lost someone very close to me in this battle at a very young age. And since then I have made this my life mission to spread awareness, teach the methods and bring mindfulness practices into a lifestyle.

Today we live in a world, where many of our loved ones are on medication, under the label of stress, anxiety, insomnia, or depression. Mindfulness does not come in a pill nor it is in the app. It is there within you. The infinite ocean of bliss, strength, and possibilities, is all within you. Our society, unfortunately, is changing at a very fast pace; the breaking of families, a pure cut-throat capitalistic mindset, a super self-centered view of life, or a lack of mental health support system, the individuals are struggling and often have no one to talk to. My purpose is to make everyone, I come in contact with, experience this ocean of infinity within them. Once a regular practice of mindfulness is established, you will be

We want to teach a lifestyle that will help teens to connect with themselves. A lifestyle that will help you to live absolutely undisturbed from the hustle-bustle, and the craziness of the world and develop a great sense of judgment
